The Position : AUTO ELECTRICIAN Reports to the Foreman.KEY RESPONSIBILITY
Troubleshoot and effect repairs on electrical and electronic circuits, digital drive and control systems, programmable logic controllers and electrical component elements.
Test equipment to ensure compliance with specification and safety standards.
Comply with all disaster contigency plans.
Identify components to be overhauled.
Provide correct informationon work orders and other documentation , ensuring an accurate record of work performed, time taken to complete work, spare parts and materials used, etc.
Execute proper hand over of equipment to operations. JOB REQUIREMENT
Knowledge of Electrical / Electronic Engineering.
Two to Four Years experience in maintenance and repair activities.
Sound knowledge of Electrical diagrams and electrical components.
Trouble shooting techniques.
Ability to work under pressure , anticipate potential problems and diagnose, evaluate and resolve technical problems.
Effective communication skills.
